"Failed to connect to registry data, closing connection" Error

I created a forge server on 1.16.1 with about 40 mods and 1 datapack, the server opens fast and well, but i can't join the server and gives the error from the title.

i made a mistake. Probably about 20 or so. On the mc menu screen it said 30 or 40 but i guess those were files. My bad. I had only 1 mod that was missing from my modlist. Ill check it again.
