Server keeps crashing while initializing

I'm trying to make a server with the enigmatica 2: expert modpack, but after a long time initializing the server it crashes.

Given Engimatica 2 is a pretty big modpack, it's most likely that the server exceeds 10 minutes in loading and shuts off. You can either try again a few times and try your luck, or switch to a lighter modpack

Yea it only works when the server is not congested (no queue)
