When I use world guard, I can't break anything or place anything,

Does it say anything when you attempt to? If yes, what?

Did you set it up right so you have permissions to break / place blocks?

Please check if the issue persists when you erase the WorldGuard configuration folder.

Sorry for the late response, I've been busy lately. Anyways I tried it out and the issue is gone now, thank you for your help

Yes, deleting the worldguard folder deletes and data / configuration related to that plugin
