Can't load a map

I want to turn my version Vanilla to spigot, I already have a map on it and I downloaded it so I could Do test on another server, the other maps work but not this one, it keep freezing, what Do I Do?

All of the other maps that I recently downloaded from planet Minecraft Works, but the one I used and downloaded doesn't and when I try, it make the website freez
