Incorrect argument for command in a vanilla server 1.14.4

Hi, I have a vanilla server in 1.14.4 and it is good, when I use commands like /give @p minceraft:item 1 they work, but a friend was playing in the server and I tred to use the console with some commands and I used give myfriend minecraft:diamond_sword 1 0 {ench:{[{Id:16,lvl:5}]} and the console say "Incorrect argument for command" again and again, I dont know what happens. What could I do?
