you should use less plugins , same happened with e too!
i reinstalled the server!
but if you will reinstall create a backup first!

Im having the same issue it was working fine 3 hours ago now it isnt with the new forge update

then dont use forge!
just plugins!
my server has two worlds one for survival and one hub! and soon one more for (???)
and also never crash with 15 plugins!
