My world is not Saving

I just started up my new server from an uploaded world, but whenever I build something then shut it down and turn it back on, The World has been reset to it's form before building. I have the same items and I spawn in the same position, but everything built was removed.

I tried /save, /save-all etc. It isnt saving! can anyone help?

I don't know what you guys did but it got fixed now

Okay, Around 10 hours ago, the world was saving and I could build things with them being there next time i turned on the server, but now the world has been reset to it's default again

I solved the problem by reinstalling the server.
