Hi, I have a friend who uses AT&T as an ISP and can't connect to aternos servers. DynIP doesn't work either.
Requesting a ping to the DynIP results in "request timed out".
They have changes their DNS to googles public DNS and has cleared their cashe.
I have no issue joining.
Still, the same issue remains. What is happening?

Can he please do a traceroute to lion.aternos.host .
