cant connect, ran trace route

so i dug into the internet alittle, found that i should run a traceroute, and everything went fine, until it got to line 15, which was an ip i dont recognize, ik the one at the top is my own ip, just to be clear, its this second ip that seems to be causing the trouble its "185.84.17.222" 16 is "request timed out" 17 is "lin-tel-02t.voxility.net [5.254.112.187]" after that, hops 18-30 are all "request timed out"

also on a side note, your sites borked in firefox.
