Changes (bug?) in map (1.16.1 to 1.16.2)

    I updated my server from the 1.16.1 version to 1.16.2, and a lot of my items changed to another items, for example my shield turned into a potion, and when I try to craft sticks, instead the crafting table cafts 4 stacked shovels? It's strange, I know that I had to be careful about the map while updating the server, but these bugs are weird haha. ?(
