Failed to Connected to the Server Error

I cannot connect to the server. I already tried using the DynIP but the result is still the same. I have also tried to flush the DNS cache and change the DNS server, but the error still persists. Here is the image of the error:

I have followed all of the steps here, but the results are still the same.

I tried it with the IP address, which is: Tunginuh.aternos.me

I also tried with the DynIP. Still the same result

I can connect to the server if I switch it to Vanilla. I originally have been playing in PaperMC
