It takes minutes for things in the server (placing blocks, entities, chunks, riding minecarts, redstone, etc.). I am using PaperMC 1.16.1, the only plugin I have is WorldEdit. Please help!

1.16 is quite a heavy version, and PaperMC doesn't fix all lag. Read this
