FTB Interactions server crashes

Hey to anyone who reads this,

What my problem is, is that my FTB Interactions server wont even start up, i would look in the logs, but i dont know that much about the logs, so i hope that maybe you guys can help me out?

Is there any possibility to add more RAM to the server or is this not possible?
