Unable to Change the Weather

Can't change the weather in my server, it rains and rains.

Yes I have an op and all the permissions

I tried /gamerule doWeatherCycle false and /weather clear, but it still didn't work

Since Essentials changes the command, it's now /weather storm/sun duration, I typed /weather sun/clear didn't work too

I tried to type in console - /weather world sun/clear, it didn't work too..

And forgot to add, there are only three worlds - world, world_nether, world_the_end

I checked the essentials config, it says storm, rain are set to false, but it still rains ._.

But I added "No Rain" plugin, and now it works xD
