How can I use the shulker preview data pack?
When I put it it says can't use while in server
So Any suggestions?

It says there is no guarantee, that doesn't mean it won't work at all.
IF it doesn't work then it's probably because your server is modded (if it really is).

Then this may be an issue with the datapack wrongly detecting that and basically disabling itself or something.

In the document of the datapack, using Bukkit/Spigot/Paper software will not work
