I cant play in my 1.16.1 modded server bc this appears with every mod, I tried removing and starting with a single mod and it still happening

Jei doesn't work on that version. Install a newer forge version or remove it.

Im sure that isnt a problem with the mods, I removed every mod and started with a single mod (tried with differents) and still happening

In your log you installed jei for MC 1.16.3 (https://mclo.gs/MKwPAnm#L85) on a MC 1.16.1 server (https://mclo.gs/MKwPAnm#L1)

In case you're right please provide a log where at least installed mod versions are compatible with the installed server version.
