It's possible that all my backup auto deleted? I closed the server yesterday and made a backup (I have auto-saves), today opening the site all backup disappeared

No. Backups can't disappear (from any serverside stuff) as they are stored in Google Drive. Did you share access to anyone?

It is possible, depending what you set your auto backups to (like if you set it to 16, the oldest backups would delete until there was 16). Change that number if you want to keep more auto backups.
Somehow it could have turned to 0 and deleted all your backups.

Best to do that for safety, might wanna check in the access tab to see whether anyone has access to your server and backups specifically just to be sure as well.
