So, I get that there cant be a 24/7 Aternos server, but whenever my friends need to play, is there a way for them to start the server up themself, like, what if im not home and they wanna play, is there a way for the server to go online when i dont have access to the site?
Do I need to manually restart my server everyday?

You dont need manualy reset your server.If your In the server and your opd then you can just type /restart
