Server Crashing On Startup 1.12.2 Pack

Hello, this is my first time using a forum, and I regret to inform it is because I need help regarding my Aternos server.

The server in question is modded, Using forge 1.12.2 and running the technic launcher modpack " The 1.12.2 Pack".
Included below is the link to the Log, In which I hope anyone who can help can use to tell me whats wrong or how to fix the issue.

Note: I have already tried deleting the player data of any possible Corrupted players.

Try reducing some mods. By the way is that a modpack or just normal mods?

Looks like your server took too long to start and the option is try to start it again.

Maybe Backing up the world and re creating the server and re installing the modpack could help?

Has the 1.12.2 pack been removed from Aternos? I was trying to recreate a server again but this time I could not find the mod pack under Technic. Maybe it's still there and i'm blind, can someone help? I could only find the 1.7.10 pack.
