Connection Timeout

I tried everything I could find online. I can ping the ip, but not the dynip. I can ping the dynip without the port, but can't ping the ip with the port. I tried redownloading minecraft, flushing my dns, and using google dns and none of those solutions have allowed me to connect. My internet speed is fast, so I don't think it's a bandwidth issue. How can I fix this?

No. When I connect through the IP it says encrypting and then times out. Yesterday when I was trying to connect I got a different error (invalid sessions or something similiar) for normal IP. The console can see the user connecting though. I am not using a cracked version.

I reinstalled the server and that managed to fix it. Thanks!
