What do you mean it disappears? Can you send a screenshot?

What do u mean exactly what does it looks like maybe a screen shot??

and it wont download the pack even though it automatically says it is, above:

try restarting the server say if it doesnt work I have another solution if not

What is the resource pack called?

try deleating the resource pack and Open the server and stop the server and Install the resource pack again

Try installing a different version of the pack.

What's the link you used for the resource pack in the server options?

You have to change the last O to 1 in the URL
