HI I'm having the same problem when I start the server with mods and it always crashes because of the 'datapacks' but I have not installed any datapack

How many mods do you have? also, do you have the mod JEI?

1. Try removing JEI from your pc, also make sure you don't have any file related to JEI on your server
2. Try reducing the amount of mods, looks like your server took too long to start.

Try to start your server again, if it crashes or gives you an error share your server log + client log

You server takes too long to start. Do you know the world size of your server?
Also try removing the amount of mods.

The possibility of a server crashing depends on a lot of facts. There's no exactly a limit of how many mods can a server support. Try reducing some mods (make a backup before removing the mods)
