Whenever I try to start my server it crashes and never finishes starting up. If anyone can help identify the problem that would be great.

How many mods do you have?

Try removing clientside mods from your server, you only need them on your pc.
Clientside mods : JEI, Hwyla.
If that doesn't work, try removing more mods.

Try reinstalling / removing Biomes O Plenty.
Make a backup before changing anything.
