Server Lag

Do you download a lot of plugins? Or mods and modpacks?

First step is troubleshooting, as always. Did you check your ping bar? Is your WiFi actually good? Is it actually server lag? If yes on all, check the server plugins. Did you install a lot of plugins? Do you have an old version of a plugin/software installed on the server?

I work in pocketmine and we have AutoClearLagg plugin in pocketmine.

When we have this plugin, plugin clearing mobs and items in few minuets.

Have you checked your server ping. Is the ping good or bad? Try installing the ClearLagg plugin on your server to clear the lag. Do an Internet speed test to see how fast your internet speed really is. Move closer to your server. Use Ethernet (a.k.a LAN (Local Area Network) instead of Wi-Fi. Get a better router/modem. Switch to a faster and closer DNS server.
