server world and files gone

I wasn't able to start the server because it kept getting stuck on "loading"

It finally loaded but i couldn't join, i checked the server settings and the settings the server had were reset to the default settings, i went to check the server files, gone, everything, the plugins, the world, everything gone.

is there something that can be done about that?

The only backup i have is from exactly one month ago, a lot of progress was done this month and i wouldn't like to lose it
