I created a cracked server for me and my friends and the version of the server is 1.16.3. My friends have the cracked version of Minecraft (TLauncher) while I have the paid version. The issue is that neither my skin nor my friends skins won't load for me, but my friends can see the skin I'm using and the skins they're using clearly for them. What do I do to fix this bug/issue?

It's not a "bug or an issue". It's just that skins doesn't work properly on cracked servers
