The state engine was in incorrect state SERVER_STOPPING and forced into state SERVER_STOPPED. Errors may have been discarded
its in the log it happens every time i join my server

Seems like the server ran out of RAM actually, try removing some mods

Well, remove so many until it does work. Or start over entirely and add them back in small bunches until it stops working
