I have completely restarted my aternos world multiple times, because my friend keeps getting, but it seems to have gotten worse. His connnection is pretty good and he doesn't get kicked on other servers.

He gets error messages like "sending too much packets, "badly compressed package".

Does your friend use any mods?
Which launcher does he use?
In which country does he live?
You should not have any connection issues from Austria as our servers are located in Germany/France
So it's probably related to his client / local setup.
Maybe deleting the .minecraft folder and trying again with a plain new installation might help.
