Server Error

Hi i just created an account to get help with this:
[15:24:30] [Server thread/INFO]: com.mojang.authlib.GameProfile@23aa8589[id=<null>,name=(my name),properties={},legacy=false] (/118.136.103.224:57221) lost connection: Disconnected
I see that in my console when i try to join the game
It says Timed Out i've tried restarting stopping server and starting it again
I do have a backup on but i would lose a bit of progress so i'm not gonna roll the backup yet if i have no solution Thanks!
