I have not open my server in couple days and i opened it today and when i go into my server everything is gone and its just like i've just started playing. I've auto backup on and restore one of the progress and start server again but it still doesn't work. What should i do?

Did you enable / disable cracked? Did you try loading an older backup than the latest, which most likely already saved the "empty" state?
