Not Letting Me Join

I've seen multiple posts about this and no one ever gets it resolved and its really ticking me off. My friends can join my server that I open through aternos. And they can also join theirs. BUT I cant join anything to do with an aternos server. I flushed my DNS. Restarted my computer. and re did everything. It was working fine just a few hours ago. but the server just gets stuck on pinging and never loads and when i join it comes up with a bunch of bs about time out and stuff. Ive used aternos for years and this has never happened. so no clue what to do here.

The server only pings and I try to join and sit on connecting to server. The msg I get is - io.netty.channel.AbstractChannel$AnnotedConnectException: Connection timed out: no further information

No Im just using the plain Minecraft launcher. I am using optifine tho. but i tried without optifine and it didnt work.

Ive tried everything that I know how to do. I just am clueless at this point.
