"java.net.connectexception:connection refused: no further information" IS STILL THERE,WHY?

So,this problem came back,and it's annoying,i'm trying to play on a 1.17 snapshot (the latest one btw),and i'm also a cracked user,every time i launch the server, it would give the "java.net.connectexception:connection refused: no further information" error,i tried EVERYTHING!I TRIED TO RESTART AND RE-INSTALL 1.17,AND I TRIED TO TURN OFF FIREWALL (it might be related),BUT NOTHING WORKED!please aternos,fix this,it's too annoying
