So me and my friend were playing minecraft and our survival server just deleted all our items for some reason, we didn't make a backup because it was our first day playing on that world but he had a lot of netherite in his inventory, other than that the world and chests were normal. I just want to know if there is still a chance we can recover the items from some file left in the world. We played on 1.16.4 which i have heard is a very unstable version for servers so that might have caused the problem and i don't know how to mess with the files or what they do.
