Server achivements, homes, warps ect reset

So i was afk and my server turned off so i turned it on, i came on to find that everything but the world was reset any ideas? i only changed 1 setting before the restart and that was on advanced ban but it wouldnt do anything i also got de-opped some thinngs were kept tho

update seems i just needed to reload essentials but i still havent got the achivements back

ok so my stuff is reset now but still in the player data folder how can i fix?

but why? i didnt do anything!
