Loading map problem

When i try to enter the server, it takes a lot of time and the map takes forever to load once i'm. The render freezes in a 16x16 chunk and stops there. I've tried to download the map and optimizing it in the singleplayer but nothing changes. What can i do?

I'm playing with the modpack "All of fabric 3" version 1.16.4
I'm almost sure that i end up in a laggy place which i can't get out.
