Server save lost

Hello, me and my friends have a minecraft server and since the update of the website we lost it just one backup remain and I have done a lot of backups in the past. my question is can we have our server save back ??

The last time i played the server (in August) there's was not the menu with the button create a server, when i created a server I just be redirected to the server panel but now theres a menu with the server and when I connected my account on aternos there was no server and just one backup.
