some of my mods for my server needs forge35.1.13 and there is no option to change it to 35.1.13 so it would be really nice if you can change it to the forge35.1.13
down grade server from forge35.1.36 to forge 35.1.13

Are you sure they need exactly that forge version?
Most mods just need the shown or newer forge version

yes, in the log it says that i need 35.1.13 and I've tried other versions of the mod and it still says that i need 35.1.13 to run it and if you are wondering what mod it is its (u team core) witch i need to run (useful backpacks) witch is one of the mods in the list. or if you cant be bothered or you cant do it it is what it is and remove the 2 mods and replace them for a different back pack mod

Actually, we only offer the latest and recommended build of each forge version.
So if the mod does not work with this you might find another mod version or play without them
