Why journal logs is empty?

I wanna to see my server logs, but sometimes i cant see it and site tells me this is EMPTY
Why?

Sometimes minecraft just messes up the log, there's nothing Aternos can do as all it does is read the latest.log file. If that file is broken or gone even, it can't read anything obviously
