So I experienced this problem just yesterday. I was playing on our server and then suddenly all mobs have stopped so I left and rejoin but while I was rejoining, it is said that Connection Timed Out and Unable to Connect to World. I tried some ways like restarting my phone, uninstalling and reinstalling Minecraft, logging out of my Microsoft Account the Logging it in again, and the tip in one of the Aternos Articles which is the 1.1.1.1 App. I managed to log in at some point in an hour but it became like that again, mobs have stopped and I can't enter the server again. My fellow members also experienced the same problem. Can I ask what should we do with this? By the way, were playing in Pocket Edition. Thanks!

Frankly, I am certain it's simply bedrock being glitchy.
I recently tested some stuff on bedrock, and I kept failing to connect to any servers, even the big promoted ones, and suddenly it worked, then again didn't.
So yea, I believe this is bedrock being at fault -
Yeah, I guess it really is cause I already have more people to testify it. We can't play properly all of a sudden and hoping it will be fixed soon. Do you have suggestions on how to deliver this problem to Minecraft itself?

Please contact [email protected] via email, send screenshot of the error message when you try to join, send your Aternos username and the IP of your server, and a message which explains your problem.
Btw, also send all the troubleshooting information mentioned in this article to try to find the issue: Connection forcibly closed by remote host.
