2 characters of the same player

i started the server by testing how good the game played in my usual account, my skin shows up and everything, i leave and i come back with the same account and i respawn at the respawn point with an alex skin (after making all that progress), i join with a friend using said alex skin (still on the same account i used to play the first time) i make even more progress than my friend than the first time i played. Now when i login it puts me right back to my first player (with my skin) like what is happening, how do i get my stuff back from the second character of myself with an alex skin, the alex also tamed dogs that i cannot even use, its as if there were 2 different players with the same username but different skins.

all i want now is to delete one of them and get my progress back of the second player (the one with the alex skin)

That usually happens when you change the cracked setting in the options of your server. Enabling / Disabling it changes your playerdata and UUID, setting it back to its old state should fix your problem.

would i get back the progress on my normal skin or alex skin since i want the progress of the alex, also =would toggling it on and off fix it, i need the cracked for my friend

If you enable cracked, you won't have your skin (only Alex or Steve) because skins don't work with cracked enabled.

so in cracked it creates me an entirely different character, a cracked character?

if i were to enable it i would be using said cracked character?

if i disable cracked would my friends on cracked mc be able to join?
