I stopped playing aternos for a while and came back just now. The UI is completely different, and all of my servers/worlds and backups are gone. What do i do??
All my servers and backups are gone.

Then your last visit was probably several years ago O.o
and all of my servers/worlds
backups are gone
If your last visit was back then when we had our old dashboard you probably never create backups as it got released after the new dashboard.
