Failed to connect to the server

My friend keep get disconnected when connect the server
Tried DYN ip, public DNS, restart router and PC, still got same problem

What error message does he get?

Is he not able to join at all or does he get disconnected after some time?

Tell us more about the set-up of your server.. (Software, version etc.)

He got "failed to connect to the server Disconnected"
And he not able to join at all.

Server's software FTB direwolf20 1.16 and the version is 1.6.1
