Cant join server

    I keep trying to start my server, but the error keeps reading ”Netty Epoll Server IO #2/ERROR] [ne.mi.fm.ne.NetworkRegistry/NETREGISTRY]: Channels [forge:split] rejected vanilla connections“. And if I try to join, it says “This server has mods that require Forge to be installed on the client. Contact your server admin for more details.”. I have never installed mods on this server, and the forge is updated. What am I supposed to do? Thanks x

    It says "rejected vanilla connections", is your Minecraft version and the server Minecraft version the same? Try looking into the Forge versions too to see if theyre the same, just in case.

    And paste your registry log link to let us see if there might be any other info about what causes the error.

    When I view the vanilla options it doesn’t say we have any version downloaded, and if I try to set it to the one it used to be on it says the world will be deleted if we change it. Was the version somehow deleted? Our forge is on the right one.

    Try updating Forge on your pc.
