I use my aternos server to test plugins before i add these one on my server (this one is not hosted by aternos btw) but some plugins are on github etc. so i can't try these one. So I suggest : Can you add possibility to upload own folders (etc.) ? (at least for plugins)

You can't do it because plugins run on there servers and plugins may get around the shutting down system.
