HELP WITH LAG IN 1.16.3 NO MODS AND ESTABLE INTERNET

I've been lagging for a few days in my minecraft world, and both I and my colleagues have lag, we don't have mods and we have a stable connection, the console tells me that the server is overloaded, I have a 20k to 70k ping and I don't know it reason i need help pls
