Server stuck at a Crash Report | Version 1.8

My server is stuck at a Crash Report and doesnt do anything from there.

Server is Forge

[Server thread/ERROR]: This crash report has been saved to: /server/./crash-reports/crash-2021-03-18_18.22.46-server.txt
