Forge kicking me even though i have the correct mod?

I have the correct version of the mod, and the mod itself (Chisel and Bits 0.3.4) and the server runs with ONLY that mod downloaded onto it, but it still says that the modlist is incorrect and kicks me.

I only have the Chisel and Bits mod downloaded, nothing else, and it's on the correct version of forge.

edit: i can't send the correct one it says the file size is too big
