The other day i was playing on my server just fine, then when i joined again my world was blank and i got connection timed out error or Internal Exception: java.io.ioexception
I restarted my computer and stopped and started my server a few times and it worked and after doing some stuff on my server i disconnected and when i decided to play again the same error pops out. I tried following tutorials like enabling java's advance security settings (native sandbox) and also reinstalling Minecraft. It worked but now it doesn't again.
To see if this was some connection issue I tried to join other servers and they work flawlessly...
What should i do? 
Does reinstalling the server fix the problem?
