Server keeps Crashing

So I'm not an expert in the Minecraft, so I did follow the tutorial on how to install mods & everything went okay till I tried to start the server & it crashed, I tried it multiple times, and was the same case, I deleted the mods and the server was running & then installed them back and was crashing again.

I've downloaded them from the original website, when the original "owner" of the mods anywhere else, would be the same.

It doesn't work, is the same issue.
