I had a very good Minecraft Plot server with PVP, Parkour, Plots, And Survival and My friends liked it a lot! ALSO everything got deleted in it! MY PLUGINS MY WORLD! AND EVERYTHING JUST LOST I NEVER GAVE ANYBODY MY PASSWORD I DEMAND I GET SOMETHING FOR RETURN PLEASE I WORKED HARD ON THAT SERVER! It says nothing to restore it restarted the whole thing you can go on my youtube or we can skype cause I swear I didn't hit the restart button it was such a good server

I hope you understand that aternos does't owe you anything. You used a free service, and as such, you have no entitlements.
I'm sorry this happened to you though, and if you need help setting anything back up, I'm happy to help you.

We have a backup system, but of course, it does not always work. Aternos backs up over 1,000 servers a day. So a lot can slip through.
You are responsible of making the backups, downloading your creations.
There is nothing we can do.

The only problem with backups is that it will only back up the overworld, end, and nether. None of the other Multiverse worlds or none of the configuration settings.
